Momo Wang graduated in May 2022 from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science in Earth, Society, & Environmental Sustainability.

Momo works as a preschool music teacher for MPUSD through Pied Piper Academy and performing violinist and program coordinator at the Montage Health Foundation Community Music Program. Momo was a Tale Foundry scriptwriter from 2022-2023 and classroom music teacher for the nonprofit El Sistema from 2023-2025.

Momo believes that, with one foot on the ground and one foot in the clouds, we can grow larger and taller than the creeping vine flat to the dirt or the whimsical helium balloon that floats away into the sky. Through a combination of rigor and practice and the courage of dreamers, we grow to our full potential.
